Jason Urband

Jason Urband is an experienced private equity investor and operator with more than two decades focused on post-close value creation across a broad range of industries. Through his company, Trestle Group Holdings (“Trestle”), Jason provides Executive Chairman services to financial partners, operating teams, and entrepreneur-owned companies building for the future—supporting leadership as they scale and drive value creation by bridging investment theses and ideas into actionable plans and priorities that create long-term value.
